A: As soon as the LJ COSMETOLOGY office receive your Proof of Payment we will reply with your tracking number and let you know when your parcel will be picked up from our office in Pretoria.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER

A: As soon as you choose your payment option and fill in the necessary needed information you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

Q: WHICH COURIER COMPANY ARE WE USING?

A: We are using DPE Courier services for Nationwide deliveries.

Q: HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST

A. Please send a mail with your company details, where you are situated and what other makeup brands you stock at the moment to info@ljcosmetology.com. One of our consultants will be in touch.

Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

A. By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Lynnedejager  account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

A. You can choose between EFT and Payfast option when you check out. Please remember to use your ORDER ID as the reference when doing your payment
