REFUND / RETURN POLICY
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RETURNS ON CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, JEWELLERY & COSMETICS.
CLOTHING
Yes, unfortunately, you do get that person that will wear something for a day and then want to return it.
This means, we need to wash any items to get odor out and we feel it is not right to sell this as a new item to anyone else.
Yes, you do get someone that will order a way too small size and then try to squeeze themselves into it.
This means by the time we get the jersey/dress back it will totally be ruined and lost its original shape.
It will not be fair to resell something like this to any customer.
We know you totally agree.
COSMETICS
Returns on cosmetics are a non-negotiable item.
GENUINE LEATHER
We will only accept any returns and exchanges when the item has any manufactured defects. Please make sure to look at the size + description before you order.
Should a product be defective we are happy to assess the defect and perform the following:
* Repair the identified defect.
* Exchange the defective product.
* LYNNÉ reserves the right to elect whether the product should be repaired or exchanged based on a physical inspection of the defective product.
* LYNNÉ also reserves the right to refuse to return an item if it shows any sign of use or if not in its original packaging/condition.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate + rectify the problem. No returns will be considered after 7 days from delivery.
SALE & GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards
WORKSHOPS
Regrettably, refunds are not possible; however, you're welcome to have someone else attend in your place if you're unable to make it.
Please note if the spots are not filled there will be a possibility that you will be moved to another date if that suits you. Otherwise we will try to accommodate you where we can.
Please note if for any reason you were to leave before the workshop is complete, we do not take any responsibility for what you have missed and unfortunately no catch up workshops will be hosted.
GENERAL :
- If a refund for a valid reason is done, the courier cost won't be refunded, as well as any banking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
