Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES :

  • Orders will only be processed once the funds reflect in our bank account.
  • Although we strive to fulfil orders as soon as possible the processing of your order may take up to 5 (five) to 7(seven) business days before it is ready for shipment or pick-up in store, depending on the option you chose at check-out.
  • After receiving your order confirmation e-mail you will receive another e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped (An order tracking number will be provided here), or when it is ready for collection (depending on the option you chose at check-out).
  • You will receive progress updates throughout the delivery process from our courier services by means of e-mail messages that also serves as the tracking of your delivery.
  • Please note that the courier services we use for deliveries only operate from Mondays to Fridays.

 SHIPPING COST:

  • We charge a flat-rate of R150.00 for all parcels that are within certain Weight and Volume limits. Should your parcel exceed these limits, your shipping cost will be adjusted and you will be informed accordingly.

 COURIER SERVICES :

  • We utilize the services of uAfrica as our courier broker and they in turn use different reputable courier companies to deliver your orders based on the timeliest and most efficient options available for your individual scenario.
  • All deliveries/shipments are made utilizing the “economy service”. Should you require an express/overnight delivery, please contact us via our listed contact methods to make arrangements for this.

IN-STORE PICKUP :

  • You can skip the shipping fees by electing “in-store-pickup” at the check-out step of the order process.
  • You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order, and as soon as your order is ready for collection you will receive a follow-up e-mail confirming that your order is ready for collection along with instructions.
  • Our in-store pickup hours are between 09:00 – 16:00 on weekdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect. Please contact us if you would like to pick up over weekends to make alternative arrangements.
